4. Buyer’s Responsibility for Compliance

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the import, possession, purchase, or use of research chemicals complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. P&B Research does not assume any responsibility for customs seizures, confiscations, or legal actions resulting from improper handling or unauthorized usage of products.
